My job search efforts have been useless. I completed AT LEAST 50 online applications from Indeed within the last month alone and not ONE employer followed up for an interview (I have a master's degree and a substantial amount of work experience). I'm kicking myself for not going to Morgan Hunter sooner. I worked with Morgan Johnson and she has made everything so easy. I interviewed with her Tuesday and was offered a job by Thursday. Insane. I appreciate her professionalism and efficient work, and I'm excited to be hired by a reputable company. Thank you!!!

I worked with Eric Walters to find an IT position and he does an absolutely fantastic job! He finds out what is important to you and what you are looking for in a position and an employer. He doesn't waste time throwing things at you that would not fit your interests and then works diligently to find positions and employers that match your skills and tastes. I have been in the IT world for over 35 years and in lots of different industries. So, you would think I would be an easy placement. However, most of the employers I have worked for weren't exactly cutting edge in terms of technology. So, although I had a lot of exposure to many things, my skill set was a bit outdated. Eric had no problem finding potential positions that would fit me. And, even when I rejected some of those based on my own personal preferences, he never stopped working hard to find something that worked. I have now been at my new employer for about a month and I couldn't be happier. I have Eric Walters at Morgan Hunter to thank for that.

I worked specifically with Eric Walters (Senior IT Recruiter) and felt really good working with him. I have an odd mix of IT skills, so I knew finding a good fit would be challenging, but he was able to do it somehow. Efforts to get in front of hiring managers on my own was like throwing my resume down a black hole. Not only did he get me in front of hiring managers, he THOROUGHLY prepped me for each interview. I would highly recommend working with him.

I wasted gas and time meeting with these people. After my first initial meeting, I never heard anything back again even after multiple follow ups. The only correspondence I got was several months later during the holidays. "Happy Holidays from Morgan Hunter." My holidays were anything but happy since I didn't have a job. Luckily I have moved on and became gainfully employed on my own. Don't waste your time with these people.

Melissa Rose was fantastic and professional. She was there every step of the way to find me a position that matched my skills, and walked me through the interview process. I had been at the same employer for 9 years and a bit rusty on the interview process, so she was very helpful. She checked in after every interview, and after the job offer and hire. Very happy with my experience with this agency!

Although I was not ultimately placed through Morgan Hunter I was able to have a wonderful interview with Stephanie. She spent a great deal of time with me discussing my skills and my needs/wants in regards to a new career. Her feedback really allowed me to broaden my scope in my career search, which in turn led me to finding an awesome job that I am a great fit for! I will definitely be keeping in touch with Morgan Hunter if my career needs ever change!
