Well, after reading other reviews, I was really curious to see if people were telling the truth so I decided to take a chance and called the number anyways. The lady who answered the phone was meaner than a junk yard dog,She was rudest person I have talked to in a long time and she showed no interest in my problems. It sounded like she hated her job and just wanted to get off the phone and go back to doing whatever she was doing (probably filing her nails ). Good luck dealing with her folks !!!
