Monroe has done something special for me. After leaving a cutthroat career and with unemployment payments running out, I still was not ready for a permanent job. It is a real small shop, but Monroe found me several short gigs (1-30 days), though I had to stay financially prepared since they were not constant. Monroe also used my feedback from each gig to better shape each experience it gave me. Monroe has always treated me with dignity...something often lost in work environments. I got to see different offices, altruistic events, and otherwise inaccessible industries. If I did not like something about a gig---6:00am start, long commute, crazy person, etc.---knowing it is just temporary made all the difference. The best part is that I proved to myself I can do great work and fully satisfy managers. I can finish each gig gracefully, and my overall confidence has been allowed to return. Not to mention some gigs ask Monroe if I can return!Temp work is surprisingly underrated, even if you are in transition. You do not do it to get rich. Yet you can do it for the positive exposure and structure it gives you. Since Monroe is my best source of that, I hope to work through them until I can't.

Since registering with and working temp assignments through Monroe Personnel since late last fall (2013), Monroe has been nothing short of excellent in locating top-notch, career-oriented short and long-term temp positions for me as I transition careers. I'm currently working for a well-respected San Francisco organization whose employees are quite simply the smartest, classiest, and most professional I've ever worked with - and that means a heck of a lot to me! I have Monroe Personnel to thank for that. They've placed me in the proper organization to succeed, and I'm thriving because of them. I highly recommend Monroe Personnel for individuals looking for both short and long-term, meaningful job assignments!

I absolutely adore this agency! I applied to Monroe Personnel/Temp Time because I had become so sick of working retail jobs for very little money and way too much stress. I wanted to get my foot in the door of a professional job and a Temp Agency seemed like my best bet.Not only did they accept my application within 24 hours, but Debra personally helped me re-write my resume and landed me the most amazing (and professional) gig. I have been working for the same outstanding company for a year now all because she believed in me and gave me a chance.I am not kidding when I say this job has been a dream come true and opened many doors for me. I have been working with Monroe Personnel for about a year. Debra Mugnani is the owner and Michelle Bayal the manager. Both of them have really good people skills and are very kind and friendly. They gave me different assignments, and kept in mind my availability and distance needs. They seem to have many types of jobs, some of which I was not interested in, but they also had a lot of office admin jobs, which is what I was looking for. Easy to work with and helped me to transition back to work after a 3 year vacation! Would recommend them highly.

I am convinced that Debra has some kind of magic touch. Every time I contact her I get results - she may not have something for me, but just checking in with her is all it takes for something work out. Everyone in the office is very professional while maintaining a very warm and personal touch. Monroe/Temptime is the best

They are welcome relief from the a mega-conglomerate franchises where personal relationships can get lost in the shuffle.
