Horrible experience with this company! I had to call numerous times to even get in touch with Jeff. Finally was able to set up Appt to rescreen torn screens and after they left I found 2 screens on the bottom of the pool screen that were ripped and not installed properly. I called and texted Jeff several times with no response! Totally ignored me! So much for their 1 year warranty (for poorly installed screens) I will now have to pay a “REPUTABLE” company to come out and redo the bad screens he installed! Originally, it was 12 screens, then 15 and went I went to write the check, he told me it was 21 screens?!?! That would have been about 2/3 of my entire pool area so I know he did not install that many but I paid him his $1000 because I just wanted them done finally.
