Sloppy prep. They will make it right, but I caught 2 mistakes during and after closing. They also don't know the difference between "percent" and "mill". Finally, they add different taxes to one grantor's tax without itemizing. Zero stars on this.Their fees are also slightly higher than others. (still no star)On the positive, the guy did a fine job making the boredom of closing a little entertaining (one star) and surprised us with a bottle of $10.99 red wine after closing (another star). Nice gesture. Disbursement was very quick the next business day (third star). No real hiccups, but I'm definitely not impressed.
