Feedback:

This place is quite and let you think so you can get the help you need. They are friendly and dont judge you for anything. They help with everything that is to do with the job industry from cook to executive work. They not only hep you they motive you to get out there and do it on your own. I give you the key's but you'll have to navigate and drive.

Feedback:

I love the staff they are very helpful and welcoming. I also love the atmosphere of people conducting their business and applying themselves to secure gainful employment.

Feedback:

Very bad place. I came in to the desk and told the lady what I'm here for and before I can say anything she abruptly cut me off and told me to go to someone else. When I did that a man named Bob who works in the computer area didn't bother to help me with anything and now I'm trying to figure out what to do.... All I wanted to do is update my resume....

Feedback:

The MOS classes are wonderful The climb program not so much. I was asigned Amy Green. I live in Maplewood and when I started the program I was driving a car that was already in bad shape: Amy wanted me to drive to the Fairview location. I couldnt risk it, so I asked her to met me at the no. St Paul Careerforce. Atfter meeting with her and showing her all the work I have done on my own, I signed up for a mentor (which never contacted me). Shortly after that my car broke down, on the 2nd of the month Amy offered to send me a bus card...I received it at the end of the month. At that tim I had 3 fractures developed in my left foot due to chemo treatments for breast cancer 3 years earlier. I informed Amy of the physical issues letting her know it would take about 3 months to heal. As I was struggling with no vehicle, no computer, and health issues....i sent her a text with a new email address. Her response was I was no longer on the program cause I was working. I only work part time, and my employment status was exactly the same with no changes from the intake forms...which accepted me to the climb program. That was terrible experience, nothing like kicking someone when their down. THANK GOD FOR THE MOS PROGRAM AND JOE RICHTER!!!!!!! The 1 star rating dose not apply to the MOS program, I would rate that program a 5 star rating

Feedback:

I had a bad experience there, going to the South Minneapolis location. More friendlier there and they're willing to help you.

Useless place

Feedback:

Good deals are to be had! Gotta dig around!

Feedback:

Very gloomy place. Negative energy pervades every crevice of the dilapidated structure. The typical government worker ladies are there working the place with their plain uninspiring language and outdated technology. They dont tell u anything useful that you couldnt figure out with a 2 minute google search. Avoid at qll costs hopefully the only good to come out of me going there is to convince others to stay away. Waste of space time money taxes.

Feedback:

If you want to see taxpayer/government money being wasted, come to this location. Atmosphere depressing as heck, people just sitting around doing nothing and don't forget the security guard walking around. The "job experts" are nothing but a bunch clueless state employees who don't know what they are talking about. I went in for a ten minute resume review and the woman didn't even know how to read a one page resume. She just was screaming at me that my resume was garbage and when I asked for suggestions for improvement she wouldn't answer me. You could tell she had no idea what she was doing. Also took a networking class and the instructor was very verbally abusive. When I filed a complaint, the manager treated me like I was an interruption to her day. This place helps no one find a job and should be shut down.

Feedback:

They center does not have wifi and you must use their Windows machines. It feels like you've stepped back to 1979 in terms of technology. Mobile or smartphones are prohibited beyond certain points. If you commonly use a laptop, tablet, or other mobile device and keep your employment information and resumes on them, this is an odd and cumbersome barrier for new or advanced technologies. There are a lot of people sitting around and staring into space but you must "check in" and wait for services. Not very user friendly. Their mission seems to be to get you to conform to their poorly designed and executed technologies rather than empowering you to use advanced technologies designed to be friendly tools. From a service standpoint, they obviously do not understand their job is in service to community but rather you must follow their rules - just the opposite of what we understand to be modern treatment or customer service values.
