They created a top-notch resume which they circulated within my desired industry, healthcare. I was recruited by a top NYC hospital within weeks and happy to report I began my full time (with incredible benefits) job on July 9th. I would highly recommend Millennium Personnel.

Hi all, I don’t know who’s writing these positive reviews, perhaps they are legitimate, but please kindly see the review I posted below to Yelp as well as the others before me. This will give you a cleare picture of how these individuals are running their business. Take care. “Talk about False Pretenses. I am on this forum today (07-29-18) to create awareness like the others before me. Thank you very much for your diligence and exposing this agency that is operating under completely false pretenses. I replied to the exact same ad as the others before me and spoke with "Stephanie". I am appalled that this agency is so desperate for new recruits that they would stoop so law as to falsely advertise that they are doing a direct hire for a non-existent position. I am a small business owner and I guarantee you this is not the way to do business. If you are a "TEMP" hiring agency then say that!!!! This way you will only market to your intended audience!!! This company's way of "doing business" speaks volumes about their leadership and this women I see in previous responses who claims to be the "owner". Well here's a tip "owner" if you are generating the same negative responses from people over and over again, then you are doing something wrong!!!!!!! And it is time for you to change your approach!!! Thank you yelp for existing and allowing my diligent counterparts to warn me against this horrendous "Agency" so I too would not waste my precious/valuable time being reeled in by these false advertisers. I expect they will go out of business in the future if they continue to operate under false pretenses which will ruin their reputation and credibility for future clients.”

Do not waste your time with this staffing agency. I called to make an appointment with someone to help me find employment. Stephanie asked if I could come in at 11:30 am and asked if she could text me to confirm the address and time. I arrive early in hopes to meet with her and after waiting for 25 minutes I decided to call. I was informed that Stephanie called out sick and they claim that they tried to call me and let me know. They didn’t call me or notify me. What a waste of time and very unprofessional. Please go elsewhere and don’t waste your time with this place.

This wasn't my first time working with an employment agency, but it was definitely the best experience I've had thus far. Stephanie Cotto is extremely responsive, and she diligently works to find a position well suited to your skills. I was matched with a financial firm downtown and interviewing with my new team was a breath of fresh air. It's as if Millennium not only assessed my resume, but also took into consideration the finite details of my personality and matched me with a company that is offering me longevity and a career. The interview process with Millennium is very quick, they meet with you for 10-15 minutes to get a feel for who you are and what you need, as they take care to ensure that they have clients with positions they can offer you, they DO NOT waste anytime. After that short interview, I was contacted by Stephanie within 2 weeks, and was offered the job the same day. I started working with my new company the following week! I am extremely grateful and so glad I came across them when I did.
