Almost entirely useless. Dishonesty and incompetency are rife, my child is in the most danger hes been exposed to in his life due to out and out dishonesty and a cant be bothered attitude. When i asked for an apology and attended bearing around 100 items disproving their report i was given the same attitude, not even an apology. Suprise suprise the issue is still getting worse, still no action despite multiple reports that im aware of. Wages still go in every week right? Why work for it?
