I visited Midland's Exams, on Tuesday February the 6, I was greeted with a nice smile and a hello when I entered the door. Surprisingly, I learned later, it was Ms Alice, the owner. The staff treated me promptly and very nicely. I would highly recommend Midland's Exams to friends and family.

If you want to deal with a nasty attitude and a Dr office that run out of test daily I highly recommend you visit this location. I came to this location four days straight requesting a TB test for my job. I was told three days that they ran out of TB test. A TB test is a requirement for my job at this point you're playing with my livelihood. How do you run out of TB test with all these jobs and schools in the area? On day four I went in and my first question was do you all have TB test? I was speaking with an employee behind the front desk and the " owner/president" Alice came to me with the attitude saying I told you to take a card to see when will have test in. First of all Alice no one was speaking with you so thank you for interrupting my conversation. Secondly a real owner knows when and how to talk to patients/consumers. And lastly A real owner also knows that running out of test being a testing office is very unprofessional. That's like McDonald's running out of burgers. With the attitude Alice have this company will not make it very far. In the past two weeks I've been to this location 5 times one for a drug test and four times for a TB test. Alice does not know how to talk to her employees nor her consumers. If my job did not require me to go to this location I would have been went to another location. They get their business simply because they're cheaper and because they have the best staff possible but the owner/president is horrible with a filthy attitude. I really feel sorry for her employees. Soon she will get exactly what she's asking for. I have reported her to the BBB!
