Jason from MIDCO in Mitchell hit a home run today! I called the 1800 number at 815AM and had a technician at my house in less then a hour. Jason was very professional and speedy. He resolved the issue and answered all my questions.

WiFi constantly disconnecting and reconnecting on it's own. When I call I continuously get the "reset device, reset modem" troubleshooting (if you call that troubleshooting). Very disappointed with the service. Currently researching different providers in the area .

I bought the 1gbps download package and have yet to reach anything above 150mbps. Called for customer support, tech guy came to "solve" the problem. He could not fix the issue and basically told me "tough luck" after he ran out of BS excuses that he tried fooling me with. They tried telling me that my the reason my download speed was low was because my devices were outdated, when in fact all of my devices that use the internet are no more than 1 year old LOL. From my experience midco is a sham and they lie to you and try to make you look like you dont know what you're talking about if they cant fix your issue to cover up the fact that they are a scam and are not capable of offering quality service. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. In my opinion they should be sued for lieing to customers that think they're buying the 1gbps download speed, when midco clearly is not capable of delivering.
