Wouldn't recommend working here Colleen places you in job positions you are not qualified to do! She will explain it's a one day assignment then at the end of the day ask if you can return the following day if you decline her offer she will put in the system you quit the assignments so microtech can no longer work with you!!! Temp agencies are supposed to help you get a job you are comfortable with not tell you to do position you never done! I majored in computer programing she placed me in a custodian position wow! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! !!!!

Some needs to get fired here ASAP but all know that's probably not going to happen all we can do is keep our fingers crossed and keep pointing out this types of people with hopes they get removed and never hired again. I'm not the kind to wish unemployment to someone but people like this that don't care about us the hard working people they just need to go,I've seen Waitresses that put more attention and care towards people then this Person. I'm not the type to put out names but I think everyone will know who am I referring to once you meet her and then you'll understand.

I had an amazing experience working with Sarah. I've gone through many temp agencies and always got no call the following week. Sarah on the other hand seems to be consistent, sincere, and definitely goes the extra mile for the people she works for. Microtech staffing has always been a pleasure for me and I highly recommend this company to anyone.

If you want to deal with this company go ahead but don't deal with Colleen she is rude and she will hang up on you. They are more about the companies they get paid from then the people that work for them. If you hire someone to work for you at a temp agency then a sense of mediation should take place because as a temp there seems to be no rights and the employment at will kicks in and if a company were to say let you go for any reason whatsoever you are frowned upon and then there goes everything. Mediation should be an important role with temp agencies. But like I said Colleen is very rude will not do anything for you even if you don' work for the company. I don't work there and never will but I called to inquire about a letter and when I say this woman hung up on me because she didn't like my questions. Like really the pay stubs that they give to employees are via email, but letters or anything of that nature can not be mailed because it costs stamps (really!) and they can't be emailed (which personal in like pay stubs are!) or faxes (understandable)... For all businesses or people looking for work DON'T DO IT
