There is absolutely no job security working through this or any other agency. It’s a scam and the coordinators will always lie and upsell the position. Just say NO to agencies.

Worst staffing agency EVER. The manager and the people that work there are so rude and miserable. They have zero sympathy for anyone. Go to technical needs, or elsewhere to find a job because if you mess up once, Microtech will never give you the time of day. :) hope their corporate office reads this and can recruite new employees to work at this location so people can actually speak to recruiters that are pleasant and actually WANT to help.

Company was great last year, when they had Katie. I had a perfect track record that year. This year I got Alessandra, who only puts people in metal shops apparently, even though I specifically asked for a clean, comfortable environment. I made this clear multiple times, yet I was placed in multiple jobs that were exactly the opposite of what I asked for. It was explained to me that they do this because that's "all I have experience in" even though the hiring manager for the company they sent me to told me I have NO experience (what??) in order to justify paying me a pathetic wage that isn't worth breathing metal dust and cutting myself all day. I let Alessandra know I wasn't going back by voicemail the night before and she called the next morning, got angry with me, claimed that I "didn't want to work" and told me not to call back for a few days until I was "ready to work." I called the main line to talk to her manager, Trina, but Alessandra answered and pretended not to be herself until I called her out and said I knew it was her. She gave me a hard time before I basically forced her to connect me to Trina. Trina wasn’t helpful. She acted like it in the end, but I think it’s because this company is desperate for people to hire. This experience was so awful, I just decided to leave.

I can't say anything bad about this agency. I have work at 2 contracts through them. The first I was hired permanent after 8 months. But after 2 years it wasn't going anywhere so I went back to Micro Tech for another which I was hired after 4 months and am still there and love the job and company. Thanks Ladies!

Worst experience ever they’re trash. Alessandra is rude and ignorant. Do not recommend at all whatsoever. TRINA HALL don’t even get me started about her most dumb and non intelligent person I have ever talked too what a manager she is (not).

Micro tech is a good agency and very well organized in its performance and in fact I found them caring for the workers I have not found in any other agency before
