What's the point of stating that they close at 5pm when people show up before 5pm and they don't assist you. The security guard was rude. As if it's my fault he had to come to work today. They don't know what I had to do to get here for them to deny me at the door. I'm super pissed. This is ridiculous. I HAD ENOUGH TIME TO IN FREEZE MY PHONE AND QRITE THIS REVIEW IN THE PARKING LOT AND IT STILL NOT 5PM YET. I could have been registering this whole time. Mind you I ALREADY have an account and I ALREADY filed a claim. I will never come back to this waste of space.
