Feedback:

Use to an exilent customer orientated Credit Union. Now they have become as bad, if not worse than large corporate banks in trying to scam their customers. I will be closing my accounts and will never do business with this Credit Union again!

I keep tracking my expenses and keep checking my bank apps on my phone everyday to avoid overdraft. Today, I checked my apps I was like in a surprised!!! I owe -68$. I know I still have some money on my account. So I called the call center and explained everything but they doesn't want to help you at all. It's time to close my account and change my direct deposit.

I have an auto loan through MSGCU and misplaced my account number, my bill was due so I called the credit union for help paying my bill and the call center representative who assisted me was very rude. I unfortunately didn't get her name but she seemed pretty miserable while assisting me. If I was thinking of opening a bank account with them, my experience with that call center rep would've made up my mind to bank elsewhere.

WORST web page for a bank I have EVER encountered! 9 x out of 10 it will not let you log in to your account then locks you out! I literally just returned home from this branch after having my account unlocked and.....i'm locked out already!!!! do not use this bank for everyday banking, you will be sorry!

MSGCU was unwilling to link to my existing checking account so I just paid off the loan and they credited the overage to someone else's account. Still trying to get my money back. I would not recommend.

Love this place I feel safe and comfortable in and out they give you great options I have been working with Autumn Thompson she does a great job so comfortable working with her all the staff are great they welcome you with a nice smile

After almost 20 years of being a member of this credit union I have decided to leave. They were great to work with in the beginning but progressively increased in difficulty. The basic purpose of a credit union is that it's members pool their money and are able to borrow with ease. The larger they have gotten the more they have become comfortable In charging fees and not providing support to their members. I asked for help in refinancing and debt reduction and was told they could only offer me more credit. That's not what I was looking for, I was looking for help and couldn't find it... sad that is how they treated a 20 year member. I ended up moving to Advia credit union where they spent hours working with me, my financials, and showing personal interest in me as a member. I still have a loan with MSGCU but by the end of the year it will be gone thanks to Advia.

Matthew Smith was the person I was directed to for customer service. He was obnoxious and rude. I have never experienced anything like his behavior ever! I would never deal with this bank again because of him. Completely unprofessional!
