Overall Feedback:
Do NOT use Michelle Brenner! I have called 5-6 times over the last month without a returned call! The office ladies were very nice over the phone. Very disappointed. We used her last year for our taxes and were super excited to use her as I just opened up my own photography business. That being said I have no idea what forms etc I'm supposed to file with the state for taxes which are due the 20th of every month. I just needed to know the next steps in my business and I was very very patient awaiting a returned call with no reply. Now I have to send in taxes late because I still have not heard anything. Very frustrating.
