Feedback:

This wasn't a fair comment regarding our character and was made under a very stressful situation which we understand. Divorce is not easy and usually there are high emotions of pain and anger. We sometimes as professionals are placed in difficult situations and would like to objectively advise our client without any bias. We are always willing to assist and advise fairly without any conflict but in business it is not always that way. We do apologize if there was hurt and disagreement caused by us as it was not intentional. We will never turn away our client. In this case it was a conflict of interest. We cannot prepare documents, tax returns and so on and provide to each spouses attorney in an ongoing divorce with years of separation prior. Any claim by the husband (who was the only income earner) that was not fair to his wife can be challenged in the divorce to remedy any tax and income situation which we explained. The husband of Elida is still our client and we hope there is an amicable solution to their situation. We do provide tax and accounting service and consultation to our clients that are in divorce situation and we do advise professionally and ethically; this is an aspect of personal tax service we provide.
