Terrible service, the way that they insist on treating their customers is completely unprofessional and obnoxiously rude. They will cancel appointments, talk to you in a demeaning manner, and speak about your personal business to other customers and co-workers. Also, the fees that are charged for any service are more expensive and not because they are any better.

They don't make taxes estimate and they try to do it in the fastest way ,I have to tell the lady to put the information about how much I pay for daycare .And the lady told me 'it's only $600 more in your refund that's why I didn't put that information' Whattttttt!!!! Only $600 that's a big difference
