I personally didn't have to deal with Metro all that much because the job I worked at I found out about from a friend and they put people from Metro Staffing on to their payroll. I was subsequently also put on the payroll through Metro as well. My checks came on time, the Staffing agency was very helpful when it came to some miscommunications I had at the end of my time. I would recommend Metro because the pay is reasonable, for their long-term assignments they do offer a health benefit plan if you need it and they don't give you the run around when it comes to pertinent things they are straight to the point.

The lady Alicia who works there has the most horrible customer service ever. She is beyond rude she treats people with no respect. She was no help and didn't seem willing to help to help find people employment. She's supposedly the supervisor and she is not doing a good job. Would not recommend going there to look for employment. They make customers feel like low lives for going there to look for employment!!!!!
