I called to get information on my daughter's check since she is unable to pick it up and was rudely hung up on. They need to get somebody who first off has since class and knows how to be professional and second who actually can give you the information you need. No class no professionalism.

MSI Staffing (Elgin,) is a great place to contact if you're looking for light industrial work in the state of Illinois. The primary cities contributing work force, are Rockford, Elgin, and Chicago. Many people come to this place in search of a pay rate they can't find anywhere else. They're quite graceful with their approach, allowing many to have a second chance in life. I've seen people come off the streets doing "God knows what," and change their life, drastically. With the love and support of co-workers and bosses, the task of surviving in the rapid Illinois economy became easy, for people like me. Words can not explain the level of respect we have for them in Rockford. This is a beautiful establishment, and a fine way of life. I one-hundred percent appreciate, and stand by their services...👍

Nancy is really rude and unprofessional hanging up on her customers! When ask for a question she literally says “ok bye” Nobody should be working at a place that isn’t a people’s person and have really bad customer service! Your welcome !

They used to be great till they changed all.there staff n there constantly changing them very rude staff they screwed me over on a check I was doing a skilled labor job as a welder first week made 10.50 a hour second week they changed it to 12.50 n I'm certified welder only making 12.50 horrible payscale
