I submitted the paperwork for one of their jobs posted. 9 days after submitting my info, did not receive a call from anyone. So, I called to find out the status, I was told my request was sent to the recruiter assigned to fill this position and he would call me back. It has been 4 days now, and he has not called nor sent me an e-mail. Do not count on me to refer anyone to your company. I wonder if the founding members of your company is aware of this practice...

This was one of the first places I worked with when I was looking for a new job. Jake and the team there could not have been more helpful - taking time to personally prepare me for the interview so I could be focused in my answers. Even though I didn't get the job, I have referred many people here and they have had the same high level of service experience as well. Highly recommend

I recently worked with Jake Hanson at Merito group. The guy is unbelievably friendly, honest and caring. He is with you from the time he contacts you to present you with an opportunity until you get hired. He is on point on giving you any updates on every step in the process. While he was on his vacation outside the country for almost 2 weeks, he still makes himself available for any concern I have regarding the process and he is prompt on replying to my email, massage and returning calls. He is a good negotiator of compensation. While negotiating your compensation, he prepares your for the worse outcome but fight on your behalf to get you the best possible salary and benefits package. Only thing you have do is to believe and trust him because he is honest with you from start to finish. I like this guy and will always recommend him to my friends....

I was contacted for a position I applied for by Yen M. She called and told me all the details of the job. During the conversation she stated she would send an email to follow up and then 72 hours later she would send an personality assessment. I emailed her twice once before the 72 hours and once after to get an update and/or notify her that i had not recieved an assessment. I still have not heard from her and its almost a week later.To Merito Group: The people you hire are giving you a bad representation. Ever since i sent my last email ive been hoping this isn't some type of weird scam you're running on people.

My experience with the Merito Group was extremely positive! I hired them to assist my son, a recent college graduate, in his search for employment. They helped him with preparing his resume to highlight his strengths as well as worked with him to improve his interviewing skills.
