First off, to the chick that thinks they were wrong for pouring it out, having high temps and too much water means it was diluted OR it was someone else’s and they used handwarmers or whatnot to keep it warm enough. You’re really mad and crying “racist” but it’s procedure. Also, I’ve been waiting on blood test results for a week now and still haven’t received anything. So. That’s cool.

I have a job and have to be at work at 10 so I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 because their opening time is 8:00. They did not open the door until 8:00 and did not assist me until 8:10...... being that I came for a drug test... they are well aware that donors hold their urine for the sample. It’s very inconsiderate to make us wait while they have their morning coffee and morning gossip.

An male employee which I think was the head boss was so rule to black guys that came into the office for a drug screen on August 29, 2017. He poured the guys urine out saying that one had too much water and one temperature 100. He was talking loud to one guy in front of other patients out loud in the waiting area. The customer service is HORRIBLE. That guy seem to not like black people. I wouldn't dare go their again.

An employee had a terrible attitude throughout my visit here. I reported it to a "supervisor" who had no care whatsoever. There are plenty of other places to use in this area. I recommend you look there first.
