I would not change this company to any other, as the service that I receive is excellent and in my experience, if you are happy with the service you receive, keep with them as you have to go a long way these days to receive this sort of service. Where do I start.. Mark has been there from the very start with us (nearly 15 years) and again with our new business (august 2016), he has ALWAYS been available with advice and help. He is not a "yes man" because if he thinks our plans or proposals have a flaw he will point them out to us - very useful to have someone with such experience on our side. As we have grown so have our needs and Mark is still there for us. He is knowledgeable and uses plain English to explain his ideas and alternative solutions to any issue. Always at the end of a phone or an email when we want him, if I could have created an accountant for our business it would have been him. And in case you had not realised I am a small unique breed - the 'happy customer'. There are not many around but thanks to Mark we are increasing in number - give him a call and you too can be happy just like we are.Jeff Collins

Mcmillan Rose was recommend to us and I would highly recommend. After being given wrong advice from a previous accountants which would of ended up with a very high tax bill Mark knew straight away this was the wrong information we had been given and went above and beyond what we expected to give us the correct information and for us as a family who have no idea on any of this he helped and guided us no question was too silly and felt we could ask him.everyone we dealt with was approachable I honestly would recommend and would never go any where else. Running a business is not easy, wages accounts VAT stock control and much more. You need an accountant you can rely on to givestraight sound advice and help. Mark certainly does that and had taken the weight of my shoulders. I have tried other accountants but Mcmillan Rose are by far the best. Not only that but Mark and Lorna are really nice people.
