DO NOT USE COLLUM & PERRY, LLC., Mooresville, NC. Stacey Williams, Lawyer at firm, sat on my disability case for two years, 2011 & 2012. She did zero work on file. Years and months later, she called me up and verbally lied to me saying, they are "moving away from disability," which I found out was/is not true. She then referred me to another law firm, who saw she did nothing and could not take my case because in my particular situation you can't back-track two years of work Stacey did not do. I FINALLY got a call from Social Security Disability with my court date of April 10, 2013 at 1pm. I have to withdraw my case. I called Mr. Collum, Partner at Collum & Perry, to complain about Stacey and he refused to talk to me. As of May 2015, after looking at all these reviews, from a 1 star to a 5 star (the 5 stars makes me wonder if the law firm got their own people to write reviews after seeing my husband's review), just know that it is a 50/50 shot with getting horrible representation to great representation. What I have written here is accurate and true. Stacey ruined my chances at getting any disability after two years of waiting for my court date and the partners did not even care. Do you want to take that chance with whatever you are going through? These people have zero morals and do not care. I would not put it past them to try to cover up my bad reviews with having their own people write good reviews. I never want anybody to go through what I went through with them. Never.

We are very grateful for the excellent care and service we have received from Danielle and Kimberly with Collum and Perry. Although we had numerous fears with our situation due to unexpected job loss, the staff of Collum and Perry eased our fears, clearly explained all of our options, and helped us come up with a game plan to deal with our situation. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, listened to all of our concerns and responded promptly with additional communication as needed. They gave us hope when we thought our situation was hopeless. We highly recommend this firm. Many thanks for a job well done!

Very nice people, excellent staff and service. Make you feel relaxed and fully explain everything to you. Losing everything is a very scary thing, and I never thought I'd be in that position. Thanks to everyone there for giving me hope, and a new fresh start on life. Would highly recommend!!!

My wife and I contacted this firm, specifically Danielle Brudi, for advice on filing for Bankruptcy. From the initial consultation through the entire process, Ms Brudi, her Paralegal Kimberely Walsh and the admin. staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Daniel and Kimberly clearly explained the process easing our concerns and keeping us updated. The atmosphere of this office was always relaxed yet professional and the fees were very reasonable. Our phone calls, texts, and emails were always promptly answered. I would very strongly without hesitation recommend this law firm and asking for Danielle Brudi.

I was having some issues with Collection calls several years ago and Travis actually helped me out with and I have just went to them again regarding bankruptcy. Danielle gave me some information - I have checked it out and everything that she has stated is the correct procedures and right way to go. I have called them several times and without hesitation I get an answer. I think that they are great and would definitely recommend them without any hesitation. Oh yes - and another thing is they give you BOTH scenerios of filing - and Not even filing. There is no pressure. I also went to another attorney who actually advised me NOT to pay back taxes and just "do"... until I can get myself out of the hole :-\ not understanding.... I believe this group to be a sincere group of attorneys that care about the people and not out to make that almighty dollar on someone else's behalf.

I was involved in an accident, and all I wanted was a replacement vehicle. They quickly got me a property damage settlement that I felt was completely fair and reasonable. Shortly there after, I received a phone call from their offices that put a smile on my face ear-to-ear. They went far and beyond my wildest expectations, all while keeping me informed and posted on all of the matters at hand.I would definitely recommend their offices and all of the staff that works there to my friends and family, and anyone else for that matter.

I was out of work for 5 years because of an injury, this put me in a very bad financial spot, The attorney that I used for my disability claim took more than 3 years to get my case in to court and got me very little. They did nothing to stop the creditors from harassing me, then I found Collum & Perry. Travis took charge and stopped the collectors from harassing me immediately. I didn't have to file bankruptcy after all and Travis went after the collectors for the harassment. Travis got me out of debt and put cash in my pocket, something I thought was going to be imposable. I feel Collum & Perry went far past my expectations, they got me an great accountant to. they have restored my self esteem and confidence. I feel that Collum & Perry saved my life, I will use Collum & Perry for all my legal needs from now on. Thank you very much

I was recommended to Collum & Perry by my friend who had used their services for a credit issue that she had. She was very enthusiastic about these folks and the excellent service that she received from this firm. I contacted them on her recommendation and was assigned to Ms. Danielle Brudi who would help me through my bankruptcy. I cannot say enough for Ms. Brudi! She guided me in an intelligent, sensible manner. She was very responsive to my inquiries. Either she responded immediately or her subordinate responded in her stead. I had one instance where I had to remind them that I was waiting for an answer . Ms. Brudi called me immediately and apologized profusely that she had not answered my question within a day or two. I never waited more than a day or two for a responds from them. In court, Ms. Brudi carried herself with class and decorum. She was terribly sick and told me that she had considered asking one of the other attorneys to help me in court that day but she concluded that I may be nervous and concerned and I would be more comfortable with her presence instead of another attorney. She has always been timely in her responses, helpful in answering my questions and very gracious to me throughout the entire process. I can recommend this firm and particularly Ms. Brudi without reservation and with the greatest confidence in their Company . Their prices are even reasonable! These negative reviews are in the very small minority, I assure you! These lawyers work very hard to earn your complete satisfaction!
