When it comes to MCCALL staffing , why was my Race , as far as being Black was brought to my attention and was told that MCCALL couldn't offer me anything after explaining That I could send a updated resume ,seeing as Iv been working in temp agencies for about 2 years now ...and I was directed to a labor base job or tesla ....I honestly feel disrespected as person ! 2/28/18

I recommend McCall Staffing very highly. Not only did they find the perfect job for me in a very specific field, but the pay was above my expectations. I have recommended them to several friends. I worked with Sara, and she gave me individualized attention, really coaching me through the entire process. Her approach is holistic and she listened carefully and asked questions about my career goals and skills so that she could find a position that would be a good fit for everyone involved. She suggested several positions and asked me which I was most interested in, and in what order. Then she gave valuable advice before each interview. She also carefully critiqued my resume and post-interview follow up notes to potential employers, and was a truly great advocate for me. Resume advice was above and beyond what I expected. It worked and I got the position I was most interested in.This high level of professionalism, individualized attention and genuine helpfulness is extremely rare in San Francisco staffing services – I have worked with other agencies that rush you through, don’t listen, don’t know the industries they are recruiting for, then try to force you into a minimum wage job. NOT McCall! They have been extremely helpful and attentive to all of my questions and concerns, and have taken the time to learn the specifics of my skills and what I was looking for. They helped me with both short term and long term positions. Their website is not flashy and trendy, but on a personal level they provide excellent service. I have also met some very interesting and highly educated job seekers working with McCall, people with graduate degrees like myself.Besides the fact that I like them and their style of working, they got me a great job that is a great fit for where I want my career to go. And with great pay. Sara has been a real pleasure to work with, and I recommend McCall Staffing highly. Five plus stars!

A few months ago I was contacted by McCall Staffing through Linkedin about a job opportunity as an EA. When I first spoke with them they were very professional and made me feel comfortable. They were extremely helpful when it came down to the interview process and had lots of suggestions. Even after I was hired they kept in touch to see how it was going.When things did not work out, I stopped hearing from them. They were asked again to place the next employee with their company. I feel that due to the fact they were aware of the company's HR issues, they should have refused.
