Our family engaged McManus & Associates in 2016 to assist us in our estate planning. John McManus and his dedicated legal team could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with in walking us through the considerations in creating our plan. Beyond the customary issues in a will, Mr. McManus was very knowledgable in regard to the more complex planning details in the trust and other proxy documents. My Father just passed away and first they said I contacted them via the phone to inquire about the Will. My brother called and not me. My brother said the cover letter that came with the will said I called to inquire. My brother said they kept on calling him Andrew (My name). My brother also had a few simple question he wanted answered and they have not responded but they want him to sign, notarize and return a affidavit. Then I received a email from them stating they have the wrong address but they had the right email to let me know. Stay away from this law firm. Imagine if things were to get just a little bit complicated. They can't even get names and addresses right.
