Our organization had an old accounting system that needed to be updated. I contacted MBS about migrating to Quickbooks Online and they said they could help. Riccardo helped us with the conversion, transferring data, and setting up connections with our payroll system. He was patient, flexible, and able to explain things so that I could understand what was going on. It has been great working with him. I am glad we started working with MBS and wished I had done so much sooner.

l have searched for an Accounting Firm that knows Quickbooks Online and these guys not only were familiar with it, they know it is the future of accounting for small/medium businesses. Most other firms wanted me to switch to QB Enterprise or Desktop. I love the online version of QB as it protects my data in the cloud and MBS was quick to help reconcile my books and help with the journal entries. They are great and know what they are doing!! They are not expensive either. A great value!

I needed help with setting up my S-Corp and wanted to make sure my chart of accounts was set up correctly. I looked for a Pro Service advisor and they were able to fit me into their schedule within a week. If you need someone to help you get started with QB online, they are a resource!
