Try to call and speak with job advisor and every time she is on the phone or with sumone or gone to lunch leave a number to get them to call back and no reply what's the point in going to these places if they don't call back or help with enquiries

My time with MAX Employment has been so catastrophically bad. They have Suspended my centerlink payments a record 3 times(all a mishap on their behalf) might I add they are good at suspending payments without warning. They will send a letter in the mail before sending an email or actually calling my phone, it is a horrible system and they shouldn't be in the employment business at all. I have since switched to Sarina Russo and have not had a problem since. My advice is to go with ANYONE else that's not MAX Employment.

Very polite people to talk to but they are not organized, it seems they used people and lie to people, not a very organized agency, the people are nice and respectful, my old case manager was superb, treated me with respect and a very nice lady, but the agency definitely need an overall makeover in adjustment's and found out through centrelink that they can help people when they need it, this is one problem they are lacking and need to broaden there horizons, since I was transferred to Sarina Russo agency, they helped me more ways than you could imagine and a million times better agency...Max employment agency needs to be improved their integrity and support to impress people and help people, they are lacking human comprehension of life in understanding of human attribution.....

Max employment has been nothing but a headache, after being stuffed around for months, I submitted paperwork to get transferred away from max, they repeatedly lied about it and claimed to have done the transfer... they hadn't...finally sorted threw DEWR
