Among other agencies like AppleOne, Robert Half, Kelly Financial....Mattson Resources was the one has helped me get my foot in the door with accounting job opportunities. I just got a job offer and have been working with one of their clients in Irvine. I have been helped by Corina Geyer. She provides exceptional services in regard to interview instructions and/or appointments, job detail and dress code, pre and after interview follow up. I gave Corina feedback at the end of my day 1 and the end of week 1. Everything has been going well. To compare with other temp-to-hire agencies, Mattson Resource is a lot faster in term of interview schedule, and job offer. The truth is, one cannot just rely on one career agency. I threw out my resume and applications to multiple one and I'm so glad to work and have my current job opportunity via Mattson Resource & Corina in particular.And I'm telling you, I tried myself apply directly to some of the companies in the past. The position is not always available for apply even though agencies like Mattson Resource can still get you a position. I'm still in temp period, but for future job opportunities, I would definitely choose to work with Mattson Resouce and Corina particularly.
