Caution - You should be very careful if you decide to work for Marietta financial services. Their strategy is, hire employees when they need and fire them right after tax season. They hired me before tax season and specifically told me they will provide bonus and comp-off for all the extra hours we work during tax season and fired us just after tax season without paying anything extra for our time. Since the employee turnover is very high, work at Marietta financial was very hectic. We had to work weekends and after hours for three months believing their false promises. They expect their employees to work thousands of hours during tax season with no extra pay. They are very flexible with their schedule but expects their employees to work 7 days a week. The management does all the sweet talk to get their things done but they fire employees right after the tax season. We all were very qualified, experienced, sincere and hardworking people fell into their trap and wasted our time and energy. I'm really disappointed that I resigned my previous job and joined Larry Marietta's team. Stay away from this employer!
