The worst ,I dropped of my info last year on april 1 and got it back at the end of October ,was told they would file an extension and did not so it cost me over $600

Terrible customer service. She had my information for over 8 months and never touched it. Kept giving me false promises. I ended up just picking up my documents from her and going elsewhere. Not sure how she’s in business with those practices. Got a Christmas card from her and became sick to my stomach!

If I could give lower then 1 star I would. Horrible customer service, terrible communication and no follow through. She was told multiple times my new husband and I needed to file separate, she filled joint. When I brought this to her attention after I received the notice from the IRS indicating my return was going to my husbands debt, she said she would look into it and get back to me. It's been over 5 weeks- no phone call, no letter from her, no answer at the office and I have called multiple, multiple times. But I did receive the bill from her, which is the only indication that they actually still exist.

Peg was amazingly helpful. At the most busy time of the tax year and after 6pm she took my call and coached me through a tough tax issue. That type of professional service is hard to find today! Thank you for the personal touch.

VERY, VERY, VERY Disappointed!! I tried emailing Peggy multiple times with no response. Once she did respond she said the return was in office. I packed up my small babies and headed to her office only to find out she had not even sent them in yet! When I asked why she did not inform me of the delay she gave an unacceptable excuse. I had so hoped she would work out. She appeared to be a very warm and caring individual but her professional etiquette lacked charm. To top it off, she expected me to pay her and complained about others who did not. My family is set to inherit much in the future sadly, we will never use her again and would highly recommend the working class to avoid her firm at all cost because it seems to me that we did not make enough at this time to warrant her attention. Oh, but we will!

Peggy is awesome at what she does because she carries the passion to do this. She has helped us outside of doing just our taxes. I would not go anywhere else to get my business done.

Peggy is absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond the call of duty for my company when we went through an audit. Her analysis and report were a major reason we cam out of the audit OK. I would recommend her services to anyone who needs great accounting and book keeping advice and service!
