I wish I didnt even have to put 1 star. This company is below a 1. The staff at marathon staffing is very rude, condescending and completly and utterly unprofessional. They refuse to answer questions. They can just hang up on people if they want. These individuals have the worst work ethic i have ever seen. My brother worked threw this staffing agency. He had to call off for a death in our family. Company claimed to understand and be sympathetic. But today he clocked in 1 minute late because a supervisor was giving him a run down on his machine. Well obviously that held him back from clocking in. Supervisor told him he was fine and put him to work. 10 minutes later he is being told by marathon that bc he had a death and clocked in a minute late he was terminated. He can just pick up his pay on friday. I asked time and time again to speak with the supervisor and have a investigation done. All i get is a dial tone. Like really? This is how companies and employers treat people? I would definatly think twice about working for these people. I know the pay is excellent. They will work you to death.But Im warning anyone who reads this.....If you have a family, this is not the job for you. They have no compassion, nor proper employment skills. Beware!!!!!

Take way too long to load. I’ve been driving over 25 years, places like this are a great big part of the problem. Took 4 to 5 hours to load. I was 2 hours early. Any place should NEVER have you at their dock for more than 2-3 hours. Should be against the law!!!!!!
