Ups has sent my packages here for pick up twice and both times they got lost. I had to come back the next day after they called me once they found it. Jimmy is the manager he called never apologized and I asked if this call was his way of apologizing he said it doesn’t make sense for an apology it won’t make things better. I feel this place either needs new ownership or shut it down. I will teach all my orders from now on and hsbr them help at UPS because this place is very ghetto. The employees are incompetent the lady who signed for my package never not once looked for it she just stood there saying I signed for it but I don’t know what happened to it I didn’t work yesterday. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A HUGE INCONVENIENCE. definitely need customer service classes here. I just picked it up and someone opened my package and retaped it. But little do they know I work for UPS and I will let them know everything I also took pictures of my package being retaped. This place needs to be shut down
