Had to deal with these so called people in regards to my son..his sickness/medical certificate They have No compassion.and, treat you with malice, they also Liar to you...do they think they are GOD..Made several complaints rang centrelink they couldnt understand Why, and tried to help us.we went through so many channels to get sorted In the end we contacted our local mp for help in the end..Its digusting..we asked fir them to release our son and they told u s we had to fill out forms tgen get a person with authority to do it..WHAT..WE ARE OUR RIGHTS..They need a rocket placed up their arse..these agencies are all about the $$$signs..DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS AGENCY..
