I was contacted by Paige after applying for a job online. Paige emailed me and set up an interview right away. Paige was very responsive to any questions that I had. She checked up on me to see how my first few days went and to reach her if I had any questions. This is the first time I've gone through a staffing/recruiting firm and it has made the process so much easier. Her knowledge and friendly manner made me feel at ease. I found a job and got into a field that I've been wanting to work in after graduating from college.

M3 Placement & Patnership was very helpful during my job search. I met the company at a job fair and all the staff members in attendance were very friendly. I told them what I was looking for in a career and was told they would follow up with me. Previous job placement companies have said this to me before but, many let the ball drop. This however, was not the case for M3 Placement. They kept all my information on file and alerted me when a position opened that I was qualified for. I especially want to thank staff member Paige for assisting me in my job search. She was very knowledgeable about potential job matches that fit my skill sets and even guided me through the interview process. And thanks to her help, I was offered a job a opportunity with a company that I am happy to be working for. Thank you M3 for helping me in my job search! I would advise anyone searching for work or a new job to seek out their help as they know the job market in the local Central New York area and they can help provide guidance that otherwise may not be available in a solo job search.

From the start M3 was great to work with. Paige, whom I worked with exclusively made sure she understood what I was looking for in an employer and matched me up perfectly. The interview process was very helpful and gave me the confidence I needed to help me succeed. They were there every step of the way from start to finish and well after I was hired. If you are looking for employment you should consider them first; they take care of the job search and finding the right employees for the right employers. I can’t recommend them enough!

They pretend to care to help you find a job but they don’t really care. Their focus is making the client (employer) happy. They also never follow through when they say they will call you back. Not good business practices. You’re better off finding a job on your own.

I used a few agencies & was disappointed in the string of empty promises & lack of follow through. When I met Paige I was refreshed at the attention to detail and personal details but not convinced. In a few days she had interviews lined up & in less then a week I had an offer. Even while on the job she followed up with me. Still on the job over 1.5yrs I highly recommend M3.
