I worked for Bart Marshall for six years and he has placed hundreds if not thousands of people in highly specialized engineering positions. Unfortunately not everyone is a great fit for these positions.

VERY UNPROFESSIONALI was contacted by Bart Marshall, one of the recruiters for ML Staffing. He started to tell me about a position that he had found for me. After he finished, he asked me if this was a job I would be interested in. That's generally a question that you don't always have to answer "yes" to.I politely started to explain to him while the job itself interested me, the company location was a little farther away than I would have liked. I barely finished telling him that before he blurted out, "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WOULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT." I got in three, maybe four more words before he launched into a tirade, implying that my being too picky is the reason why I've been searching for another job for so long. Then he hung up on me.I don't know where he got off in thinking that he could speak to me, a job seeker (and a potential commission check for him), that way. After all, people searching for a job are what keep him in a job! All I know is that if he is going to react in such a childish and unprofessional manner when he doesn't get his way, then he's in the WRONG BUSINESS. Also, Bart Marshall (remember that name) is the Vice President of ML Staffing. With conduct like that, what does it say about the rest of the company?I wish there was a zero out of five rating available.
