Feedback:

The staff is nice in person but when you call seems like they don't want to be bothered and they try to rush you off the phone. Whoever answer the phone at the front desk is very rude and impatient, she sounds nice but talks like she has an attitude and doesn't want to be bothered. People are calling because they are concerned about a job and getting things done but this is like customer service cause you are dealing with the public so I suggest if you don't wanna deal with ppl then you in the wrong field.They don't seem concerned with helping people find jobs, You call leave messages and they don't return the message or say they'll call you back but don't. They leave you sitting in the waiting area for long periods of time while the staff is doing nothing but walking around talking to each other. The staff needs to be re-evaluated and replaced with people who actually will do their jobs.
