I can't tell you how upset I am. I can't get over my anger towards Lee Smyth, Connie Bagley and Ken Walden. I bought this home and closed on November 2nd. These people withheld information that if I had of known I would have never bought this place. Home inspections are great but the people can only see what is before them. They don't take things apart. Lee Smyth and Connie Bagley sold me a home that was not what he advertised it being. He knew the pipes were not functional, utility roof was rotten and basement walls leaked water. I talked to the seller later and he told me the realtors knew everything about the home and land. Can you imagine buying 25.6 acres and learn that your line is only 54 feet off your house? And you neighbor is planning to build a home opposite of you? That your neighbor owns your driveway, front yard and buildings? Lee Smyth, Connie Bagley and Ken Walden knew this. I contacted a lawyer who was suppose to be a pitbull in court and was told he can't help me since he knows everyone. Realtors and lawyers must tell the truth about homes that are being sold. We can only do so much in investigating a home that we are interested in. I'm poor and if it was not for my father I'd still be washing my dishes in my tub. I haven't got the other problems fixed. I'm writing this not because I'm beyond angry but because Lee Smyth, Connie Bagley and Ken Walden played off my inexperience, took advantage of me and I'm still paying for what they did. Don't be like me and get trapped. Don't trust these realtors or lawyers. I hope they do this to a rich person one day and find their entire world crash down on them like what they did to me.
