I would give zero stars if it was an option. If you need a property management company, I would highly recommend you run the opposite direction of this company. All they want is your money, not to actually do any of the "property management". After three years doing business with them I was the one in the wrong because the property manager assigned to me was incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. Inspections were not conducted, maintenance requests were not processed FOR A YEAR!, and the communication is below subpar. They will simply collect your 10%. My last month of the contract, since they were not doing what was agreed upon (i.e. processing maintenance requests) I tried to cut ties sooner so that I wouldn't have to pay the 10% but no, they are adamant that it wasn't possible. So they again collected the 10% for doing less than NOTHING. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid the property management side of this business. New name is Select Service Rentals I think.
