We had an offer accepted and contract signed on this property. Margaret "Peg" O'Donnell had seller terminate contract under lawyer review for undisclosed reason, but in reality for an offer that came in at $8k more. She sold us out and stuck it to our realtor for a lousy what, $200 in commission? Unethical and tacky at best.

While the sales assoc has been nice, I did not receive any notice of when second payment was due until I reached out to them. Plus the first notice did not have the actual amount due in the email, I had respond and clarify. Once you pass 30 days you can only pay with a credit card or certified check. Note, all credit card transactions they add on 2.2% fee (which is high if you are paying a few thousand dollars). This was also not clear to me so I have been going back and forth with them 1 week prior to trying to check in. I have always gotten notices when payment is due from other organizations, so I was surprised to not get one here and then I am penalized for trying to pay when they never reached out to me. I feel their operation could use some fine tuning. Not sure I would use their services again.
