Go somewhere else if you are looking for a competent realtor.Got into a short sale purchase contract, and realtor was clueless about the idiosycrasies with this type of purchase. Fought us when we wanted to cancel the contract - had to contact the broker, and he was just as bad!Long Realty has some good people, but not here.
