Logic Staffing knows nothing about human resources or how to treat people. The Logic representative that works at GIST contributes to the hostility at an already hostile work place. She has never done a day or hard labor in her life and thinks that talking crazy to people who literally break their backs for 12.75 an hour is a great motivation tactic. If you manage to get hired on permanently all you get is a .25 cent raise. There is no reason to make rate and bust your butt for a .25 cent raise. I have been harassed, threatened and verbally abused by a GIST employee. I reported it to Logic but they don't care. The Logic lady only cares about being ghetto and unprofessional. Maybe if you paid people what their labor is worth they might show up to work and produce for you. What a concept. Treating people good so that they treat you good. Right now all you get is slop because all you give is slop. How are you gonna yell at people who pay your pay check and they slave to do it? I give Logic Staffing four thumbs down.
