Unlike 95% of the recruiters and recruitment agencies I've come across in my life (believe me, lots and lots of them), Listgrove have behaved as you would expect: professionally. Although I wasn't offered the job, Stefanie Geraerts was very communicative and provided me some useful information. She even called me twice and sent me an email as soon as she learnt I wasn't going to get the job telling me the outcome and inviting me to give her a call on the reasons why her client wouldn't continue with me. I can't thank her enough for being professional, it's good to feel you haven't completely wasted your time. Simple, isn't it? The way it should be, right? Well, now go and deal with recruitment agencies and you'll understand it.EDIT 13/03/2019 The managing director of the company called me on the 11/03/2019 to persuade me to remove my comments on their client, MPAC Langen, though he tried to make me believe he was neutral. Because of this and the fact that they didn't insist to their client that I wanted a first phone interview, their rating goes down.
