Overall Feedback:

Absolutely horrible experience. We had 4 policies through them. They totally dropped the ball and 2 of the 4 lapsed because they never forwarded to us the renewal paperwork that they had received. I did all the work contacting the companies to get the ball rolling. Lindsey Business Group couldn't even come up with any excuse as to why this happened.
