They really treat you like family here. I definitely feel like apart of the family. I've been going here for almost a decade now. Shelly is tax genius. I had an issue with the IRS trying to audit me for a CD account a couple years back. They said I owed over $2000! A little over my head and in need of help, I immediately brought it to Shelly and she pulled tax laws out of the top of her head and proved to the IRS that they were wrong with a tax loophole that they overlooked. She ended up writing the letter herself and sending it in for me on the spot over a cup of coffee, and saving me thousands of dollars! They are especially helpful if you have a small business. She Has been helping my father's business grow significantly, Allowing him to focus on the business rather than the bookkeeping.

Status Update ... GO ELSEWHERE !!!We are now approaching the middle of July and this paperwork process began in the middle of April. These people have lost my paerwork multiple times, have not cross referenced, not written detailed notes, failed to communicate, lied about dead lines over and over again, wasted my time and continue to hold up things for lack of knowledge and continue to show they dont know what they are doing. The worst customer service i have EVER had in any type of business. You guys have really raised the bar on WHAT NOT TO DO !!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !!!

I was recommended to Linda's Tax Service by another tax preparation service who was booked to capacity. My initial consultation seemed to go smoothly enough, and I had a great deal of confidence that they would be able to take care of my needs with the small business venture that I was starting. However, after my initial business setup preparation was completed, I found myself without one critical piece of documentation that I was told would take up to several weeks to get from the state. After five weeks, and two separate confirmations from Linda's Tax Service that they were still waiting on this documentation, I contacted the state directly and requested a status update on it. As it turns out, that documentation was never submitted. Once I submitted it, that documentation took a mere THREE DAYS to arrive to me. This, combined with the matter of not receiving a callback despite multiple messages left to my assigned tax preparation specialist, has turned me away from Linda's Tax Service permanently. In an email I finally received from them, all of this was due to "communication errors", and it was made fairly clear that they weren't interested in actually addressing their own issues within the company. Linda's Tax Service does not possess the infrastructure to handle it's current client base, much less to add new clients to it's list.

I was referred to Linda’s tax service by a trusted co worker. I had my taxes done by someone else the last 7 years. I could not be more grateful for this referral. Taxes are painful as they are for many. The front desk gals were very warm and friendly. The ease of making an appointment since I procrastinated was very easy. At my tax appointment I met the sweet short haired gal at the front. (Her name escapes me) we shared some good laughs and I felt right at home. My tax preparer Dawn was wasn’t and friendly, continuing the feeling from the front. She made it so easy and painless. I was very happy with the result. Everyone we came in contact with was so kind, welcoming and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. I look forward to going next year! Thank you for your help.

I have used other accounting firms in the past and all of them pale in comparison. I cannot say enough about Shelly and her team.
