I recently purchased two "quarts" of you Kefir. I carefully measured out the Strawberry into a measuring cup and the contents came woefully short of containing a quart as the container states. I did this as a calorie check, not to question the contents. I now will do the same with a stated quart of Blueberry and see how that comes out.I report this as a friendly service. I am not a crank of some kind. Although I now live in the East, I attended NTCHS with Morton Grove people in the Class of 1945. I lived in Skokie and have a warm spot for the area. If this si a regular happening with your Kefir, you might want to correct it sooner rather than later. I have now checked the Blueberry and the quantity is perfect. I want to be very fair and report this. I may have purchased an opened Strawberry container and not noticed it. Also, the product itself is a five star product. For the record, Kefir was recommended to me by a nutritionist and two doctors. I expect to enjoy it on a regular basis in the years ahead.
