Feedback:

We've dealt with a few other ladies over the years and I agree with other reviewers, they were hard to get in touch with and pay checks were off from time to time but ever since Jennifer has taken our case over, the communication has been great. She goes above and beyond and returns calls almost immediately.

Good FI company so far, however a heads up call "before" you reach your budget tier cap or if units are approaching an end would be nice.

Very poor service. The front desk staff is beyond rude and phone calls are never returned and when asked why, it’s because they’re busy. Too busy!!! Well I guess I’ll find a firm that’s not too busy to help.

Horrible I worked for a Family On Hospice and got hired through Life long and Never Gotten a Paycheck or paid for 1 hour through this company and it's already been a whole month.....Never received any information and the Company or County still hasn't reached put to me!

I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this place. I asked if I could pick my check up they said no they have to mail it the people in the office is very rude. The only one nice there is tracy. Thinking about switching companys

Horrible communication. It always seems that I'm never getting the right amount of money or my check is always late. The ladies working there are also rude when you have questions.

Don't waste your time with this place. Very unprofessional. They claim they communicate everything through the mail but don't. And there's always a problem with accurately receiving the amount of money you're owed. Save yourself the time and turn the other way
