Feedback:

I called on the 15th to schedule for the 19th (due to my crazy work schedule) and spoke to Amanda. She assured me that either she or Demetrius would be there when I arrived. My appointment was for 2pm, but I called that day to see if they could do they earlier. I got a voice mail, so I left a message. When I did not hear back I called several more times always getting voice mail. It is now the 22nd and they are still not answering their phones or returning my calls. Very poor business ethics from this particular location. I have used Liberty in the past in Buford without any issues. Don't go to Winder!

For the love of everything and anything DO NOT EVER file with LIBERTY TAX!!! Long venting rant about my one time filing with . I made the mistake in 2015. Their service was less than okay. And I tolerate a lot of unprofessional people because I understand how life is. The lady prepared my tax return "promised" I would get the 750 early return. I did not! Called her and asked, she told me she never promised me and told me she said I might qualify. I asked her at least three times while there even had a witness. Also, I was not aware that the copy of the return paper was not even close to being a legit return file. Just a paper that stated my return amount and address. Now come into 2017 I am stuck not being able to file on turbo tax because I need my Adjusted Gross Income for 2015. Back to papers, oh it's not on there. Tried to go into the Winder, Ga office after calling their voicemail for hours since this is past tax time. Hours say "Tuesday and Thursday 2-6" cool. So last Tuesday I drove there at 245. Nobody there. Left a voicemail that day, still no call back to this day almost a full week later! No big deal. Call the 800 customer service number! First call: they say they can't do anything and I have to just drive there but they don't know when they'll be in the Winder location. Suggested I drive my all ready broken down car to Norcross or Lawrenceville an hour away. Nope. Second call: finally progress. I was told I would have an email from the corporate office that handles the location I went to, which might I add, is now closed permanently. Cool. Waited 48 hours. Nothing. Third call: lady says someone will call me back from corporate that day (Friday) or Monday. Well I called to check, oh there's no record of my calls ANYTIME! So today (Monday) I got a reference number and supposed to get a call today from corporate with my AGI!!! We will see!!!
