The worst company/Agency I have ever worked for! Very Unreliable and unprofessional! I have been working for them with a contract to a different company since April 10th of 2019 and I would like to include I never needed there assistance with anything before today and the level of customer service I received was awful. I requested they send me my actual pay stubs on Monday. (they have only sent me a doc that included the hours I worked and how much I received on the same document, not separate pay stubs like any one would be use to.) which Victor Vallejos was the rep I spoke with requesting them. He advised me they didn’t have them and that he would need to reach over to his billing department to see if there is a way for me to obtain them. I told him okay and he said he would get back to me. Which he did not, he says he did but no voice message was ever left to advise me. And honestly if they did call they were reaching me during my work hours which if they would of put two and two together easily would know the reason I am not answering is because I am at my job that they assisted me in obtaining. Which brings me to problem number 2. I am contracted with them to complete 480 hours before the company can hire me on. My manager called them today to verify I’ve completed my hours and to advise them that they would be hiring me on. (I have a excellent work ethic) My manager was notified that I was under my hours and had only completed 350 hours. Which is inaccurate and I’m assuming a lie based off of how unprofessional they are at this office. Once my manager notified me of what they said, we then verified my hours and I was well above 350 hrs (I had more than 500 hours completed!) A employment agency should be a advocate for their client and this company is a joke. I will be filling a corporate complaint as well as including the rude responses via email that we’re sent to me by their employee Victor Vallejos. Till now I have not received a apology for any of their mistakes or horrible customer service and I asked they provide me with their corporate number which they have also not responded back to my email.
