I just signed up with them last week and paid them $114 as a first initial payment. I wanted to talk to someone about the document that I uploaded on their website but I cant get through, I have been trying to call them from couple of days now, hold time is too long and I end up hanging up the phone, the most time I waited for them to answer their phone is about 45 minutes.If you call them and pick a option as new client, they will prompt quickly but once they collect your payment, they don’t answer the phone for existing customers. I need to cancel the service and get my money back.

Please stay far away. When I canceled my service they still billed me after the fact and then they put all over my credit report grossly inaccurate derogatory information... this obviously damaging my credit score. They will retaliate and they have all your personal private information. Very unprofessional and very childlike business Behavior. Follow-up is horrible therefore their work is not timely while you pay every month
