Pay for skilled trade should be much higher then it is. But it is a great place to work. Average benefits. Sufficient vacation time. All the overtime you want. Communication could be much better and on a much higher professional level tho. Too many temps coming and going. Work loads are steady and very busy all the time. Typical work week consists of 6 days every week all year round. Some but not many sundays required. A lot of things could be better but also could be much much worse. They are behind times with a lot of the new age industrial settings. However, the company is slowly expanding even bigger and better with that.
